My store in Japan has been deactivated
Dear Seller Performance Team at Amazon,
On 27 December 2023, an e-mail came to my account on 27 December 2023 that my account was deactivated because you violated the dropshipping policy. I immediately took action and prepared an appeal to explain the situation and sent it, but later I received an e-mail that we could not activate it because there was not enough information. What should I do in this case? In this regard, I would be very grateful if you can tell me the necessary documents or direct me to Turkish customer service.
