MCF delays

Hi fellow sellers who are part of the MCF program, my website team is constantly telling me that Amazon's delay in receiving FBA stocks has caused delays for our website orders being able to ship on time. Apparently the FBA stocks we send in won't show up as available on our website until stocks have been distributed in full to all distribution centers of Amazon. Meanwhile for the same FBA stocks, we can sell almost immediately on our Amazon listings as they are enroute to the first shipment destination.

Does anyone have any advice on how we can make the stocks available to sell on our website before the stocks are fully distributed to the distribution centers? Thanks!!

the FBA cutoff for receiving incoming products closed long ago. Your product will just sit there while Amazon workers focus on out-going shipments. It will restart after the first of the new year. But don't count on that because you have no idea on how many other seller shipments are blocking yours in.

Without knowing the specifics, it's difficult to say with absolute certainty what's happening here - most likely you are experiencing delays due to the total volume the FBA network is experiencing now that we are in the peak season. Do you know the types of shipments you are sending into the FCs? (SPD vs LTL)
