Invalid request URL from client

Hello Dear Sellers,

My Amazon seller account was opened 5 days ago and I want to open a marketplace in Japan. To do this, I log in by clicking on the register to Japan store from the sell globally screen. And i see "You are attempting to sign in on a new device or you have removed your cookies. Please select your merchant and marketplace to get started. You can change this selection at any time from the navigation bar at the top of the page." and its want to chose a country (one of my open marketplaces). Then when trying to choose one of the countries, i'm getting a URL error Its "Invalid request URL from client. The request URL is not well formed."

Has anyone received this URL error before, can you help me with this

Glitches occur continually on Amazon and other sites.

Try clearing your cache or use a different browser.

I have one where I try to open one of my saved sites and it won't open on a new tab. I have to "open in a new window" to get it opened up.
