Zero units ever listed—entire shipment vanished.
Defect added: “Deleted and abandoned shipments” (unjustified, as tracking confirms delivery).

Both still “Work in progress” with no resolution for 4 MONTHS. Last update on Feb 12, 2025: “Please await while we review…”

Thanks for raising this here on the forums. I reviewed the details of the case and can see that Seller Support was able to successfully locate the units (per their last reply). Can you confirm that you're seeing the updated inventory totals on your end?
