Customer filed return request then A2Z without returning
2 days ago, customer filed replacement request for damaged item. Today, we get an email stating they filed an A2Z.
The A2Z says we don't have to do anything yet, but should we? Shoud we pre-emptively state our case? Just seems ridiculous to get a health ding when we are perfectly fine with replacing, or refunding, but they haven't even attempt to return or even contact us. I can't believe they can even file and A2Z yet.

Do you have the ability to state your case on the claim itself? When we get the opportunity, we absolutely give all of the ammo we can or have.
