seller support no help - for error code 5995
I have a pending case with amazon seller support, and it has been a week now. The error 5995 has not been fixed. I can't list a product, and I have contacted amazon seller support everyday to get this fixed.
Catalog team has not been able to help me out. They have transferred my case to Captive Team and trying to get it fixed "internally". It has not been fixed or no real help from seller support. The product name, needs to be fixed (they have the product name amazon.com), which is incorrect. I have informed amazon seller support regarding the discrepancy.

I have the same issues with a product listed is generic that is not generic. Seller support just transfers you around and no one ever actually knows how to fix the problem. I think they just hope you will give up.
