FBM Featured Offer Eligible "No"
Hello Everyone after doing about 1 year of FBA we thought to give FBM try too so we started with just 1 SKU as FBM but in listing it shows featured offer our account is 1 year old with over 30k in sales all in FBA account health is 212 the date of delivery for SKU is showing the fastest and the price is way lower than any other offer still it shows featured offer eligible "No".
I tried to find answers in seller university did not find anything

You need to build a FBM sales history, which I know is hard if you don't have the eligibility.

welcome to BB gone until the AI changes it. Or you get someone to email Executive Selling Partner Relations Team. this is happens alot i get so mad i just draw them diagram until they file a ticket.
Feature offer /Buy box = The placement of asin = you cant talk about how this is selected also not what i am asking
Being eligible for feature offer/box = is they item in new condition and does it meet sale requirment to be the feature offer = not talking about this
Feature offer eligibilty = am i professional account & are my status good = I am talking about this and i qualify = something that can be fixed

There are a lot of different things that can affect Featured Offer Eligibility. These include the category, brand, and individual ASINs. It does not mean something is wrong with your account.
