High Price error on overnight/second day shipping option??
Has anyone had this happen?
When I ship Coast to Coast, overnight shipping can easily be this much and I have to protect my margin. I had some overnight shipping orders ahead of christmas where I actually took a loss and/or had to cancel orders because overnight shipping was to more than what I am charging.
At most I may have made $10 extra on overnight shipping which seems very reasonable considering dependign on order versus my package pickup times I often have to drive to the PO to drop it to make sure the overnight happens.
I was charging the below. what are others charging? What does Amazon see as reasonable?
$25 --- 2 day + 1.99 lb
$45 ---1 day +1.99 lb

If you receive that message about potentially excessive shipping rates, the next step is to respond with a description of how your shipping rates have complied with the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing policy.
The best way of doing this is to show that your ship rates are reasonably related to the actual shipping costs.
You can also review all of your shipping options, including rarely offered ones, to check for typos or rates that may have triggered the warning.
If you have done this and are still seeing issues, please check back so I can investigate further.
