Denied A-Z and Appeal, Shipped W Amazon Buy Shipping and delivered. WHY?
Maybe someone from @amazon can chime in or help here. I have been selling since 2011 and always win A-Z if shipped with Amazon Buy shipping and delivered. Now this claim was Opened and closed all within minutes and appeal denied minutes after i sent it in.

Thank you for posting here at the forums.
I'm afraid that for this particular case, Signed proof of delivery is needed in order to overturn the claim as the buyer/customer is stating the product was not delivered.
