When an account is affected by the multiple account policy, a seller’s first action step is to refer to the connected account, and resolve the outstanding issue that remains with that account.
You are stating that you are not aware of the other account. Are you certain?
When you register your information in order to create a virtual retail store, you provide to us information that describes your business information. Do an audit on your account to see if you have provided the appropriate and correct data.
Take the time to audit your own account for possible connections. In other words, all of the data that you submit to us: address, business tax ID, credit card, bank info. Are any of these shared with the other account?
Finally, is there a family member or a business associate using the same credit card, for example? With a change in banking or credit card information, additional security checks may be in place. Have you checked with your bank or credit card company for unusual charges?

Hi I have got the same similar email from amazon! I wrote my appeal but they sent that info i provided is not enough! I dont know the other account and i dont know how to prove that! have you solved your problem? did they reinstate your account?
