FBA Removal Order Pending for 3 Months
A removal order that I had placed in July has still not reached me. Seller Support has been sending me canned responses and a generic update every week, saying that they are "researching the issue with the relevant team". My point is that no order (removal or otherwise) should have a 3+ month shipping time!!
Has anyone else experienced excruciatingly long removal times for inventory returned by customers? Any tips on how I can go about this (except for chatting it out with seller support, who have been ridiculously unhelpful so far)? It is bad enough that customers are able to abuse Amazon's lavish return policy and return pretty much anything anytime, but it is even worse when Amazon does not pass it back to the seller in a reasonable time frame.

I have the same problem. When opening the case, it is necessary to add words such as "Please do not reply to me automatically. I am tired now. You are causing great harm to our business" so that a real person can see it.

It would be helpful if people would let us know what fulfillment center this issue is happening so we see if its a FC network wide issue or specific to one FC

and I thought it was just me. so not only can't I double check these "return" stock for BS return claims, it can drag on for more than 3 months? wow just wow.
At first I thought it was odd when I made a request to get the serial # on the returned item and ended up with a photo of 4/5 of the label, which seems deliberately leaving out the serial #.
I am So over the seller support, I don't even bother with it anymore.
