For the status of your application, the enrollment team does not provide the exact reason for ineligibility. They provide 6 potential reasons and at least 1 (if not more) of those reasons is why the application is ineligible. My recommendation is to review each of the 6 potential reasons individually and do a deep review. Once you have identified the issue, respond to the current case with that information and what you have done to resolve.

How long has it been since you submitted for TM? Make sure the TM matches exactly on every detail as your application. I had the same issue and it was related to a minor detail in the application.
