Inventory confusion and low investigation efficiency

My shipment was signed and received in April, but the inventory still needs to be corrected. I have investigated the application many times and received the same reply every time. The photos sent to me by the warehouse are also the same. The reply is the same there is no defect in the inventory. Although customers have reported receiving the wrong items. No way, I doubt whether it is mislabeled, and ask to verify whether the inventory label is correct and consistent with the description. Also received a reply that there were no defects. Then I didn't care about him, just removed it to this address, waited for Amazon to ship, and then the removal order has been waiting, but waited until today, July 12, when the removal order was canceled. The customer service reply said that the tool response is slow, slow to fast one month, so it takes one month to cancel an order. So Sad......In preparing to rebuild the removal order, part of the inventory is reserved, saying that it is under investigation again, and the shipment is still under investigation. Three months passed...God knows how long this is gonna take.

For the removal order created on June 19, the cancel button was clicked on the same day to change the address, but it did not succeed.
