Restricted Product Violation - Product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements
Hello! I received a notification about a Restricted Product Violation from Amazon. My product, Japanese baby diapers, has been flagged as unapproved due to non-compliance with FDA labeling requirements, according to Amazon. The text of the notification states:
This product has been identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA's labeling requirements. Amazon policy prohibits the sale of products marketed to U.S. consumers that are labeled only in a foreign language or that do not meet FDA labeling requirements.
To the best of my knowledge, baby diapers are not subject to FDA regulation. My product packaging design is primarily in Japanese, and I include a supplemental label in English that provides product specifications, ingredients, safety warnings, usage and disposal instructions, distributor details, and the country of origin. I provided Amazon with all the required photos of the product and attached them to the backend of the product listing; however, I keep receiving a template response repeatedly.
I would greatly appreciate any recommendations on how to address this issue.
