I have been trying to register my brand on Amazon. They have rejected my application 3 times till now giving a generic reason

"This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form"

I have provided all the documents associated, and made sure the names are same. I even appealed once.

I see a lot of people are facing this issue. I have tried talking to their associates but looks like they are not yet knowledgeable in this area and they keep transferring my case to someone from brand registry via email. However, the email address doesn't accept any incoming emails. And there is no way for me to respond and ask more question to the brand registry associate.

So it has been a long back and forth game.

A little background information: I trademark my brand last year with USPTO, at this time my company was registered in India. This year I decided to register my company is US as well, to keep things streamlined. The owner's address(my address) in USPTO is my US address, But the company is still registered in India. My amazon sellers account is linked with my US company details. Can this be an issue? I asked an associate about this but she mentioned that brand registry and seller accounts are separate entities and it should not cause a problem

Has anyone been in this similar situation or just been rejected multiple times with the above reason, who can share their thoughts/suggestions?
