Buyer was granted A-to-Z for Package not Delivered
We bought this shipping label using Amazon buy shipping. The package for whatever reason was out for delivery and then after that it says the following "Package is returning to seller." This last update about the package being returned to me was 15 days ago now.
I still have not received this package. Can I file a SAFE-T on this order because I haven't recevied the product back? I'm thinking the customer must have refused delivery of the package which is not the right way to do this. They should have accepted the package and then started a return. Should I refute the A-to-Z claim because I don't think its right the buyer got refunded without me getting my package back. Not sure which way I should go, safe t or refute the A-to-Z

If you shipped on time and the package was scanned in "received at post office/in transit" within the ship by window you appeal the A-Z with that information and a copy of Amazon's policy about it.
