Seeking Insights to Enhance the Amazon Seller Experience

Hello dear sellers and moderators,

I frequently visit this forum and, to be honest, I often see discussions centered around the challenges and complaints of selling here. I’m writing this post to gather insights from your experiences about the top three improvements you believe Amazon could implement to enhance our seller experience. What are the biggest challenges you face?

I'm particularly interested in hearing from veterans with several years of experience. As for me, I’m still new to this arena, and I hope someone with enough influence can hear us and make these changes a reality.

Personally, I would love to see Amazon Lending return. We joined the marketplace right after it was discontinued, but we have friends who greatly benefited from it, allowing them to grow their businesses when additional cash flow was hard to come by due to credit limitations. Additionally, I believe real people should handle cases instead of so many bots, and customer service should do a better job investigating refund requests instead of automatically issuing refunds, as many cases can be resolved without them.

Now, I turn to you for your thoughts and suggestions.

I am selling on here for 10 years. 10 years ago, this place was the wild west. Everything was given for free if not rec'd in 2 days. Reviews were all lies, & most said they were given the item for free for a review.

But I had my own unique item to sell, & they let me sell it, for which I have been very grateful. We have had our love hate relationship ever since, with issues that I just live with.

Yes, I also loved their loans. I loved getting the invite, and I looked forward to paying off my bills & getting inventory with my annual loan. I got one every year, & paid it off. I passed on the last one, since I was still paying off the old one, & I was sorry about that.

Most problems can be solved with a little communication, & some desire to help. I feel Amazon can do better. 10 years ago support actually had a # you can call, & they were able to help. Now, they don't care. They just say something & close the case.

Since you are newer, good luck. I do well on here. I have my own site, & am an affiliate, so I get a little something if they buy on Amazon, which they prefer.
