Our metrics have been over 250 for more than 8 months and we have not been given AHA.

This is what we see for last 3 months;

Better question would be for those you have it, does it really make a difference or actually help to have it?

There can be multiple points that need to be met when becoming eligible for this feature. I would suggest reviewing our account health assurance: frequently asked questions help page. Here we discuss how to qualify, and even provide a tool to check your eligibility.

Here’s our section on if you qualify for this:

Do I qualify for AHA?
AHA is available to professional sellers in the US and Canada who maintain an AHR score of 250 or more for at least 6 months with no more than 10 days below 250, and have a valid emergency contact number on file. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment as soon as you’re eligible, and you can check your progress toward becoming eligible here.

As noted you are required to maintain an account health rating for more than 6 months, and not be below the score of 250 for no more than 10 days. These requirements extend into the other regions you sell in. Are your other stores meeting the eligibility requirement, or are there any other pending issues?

You can take the eligibility tool I provided above, sign into each region and use it to verify your eligibility. This will also help narrow down any issues causing delays in enrollment.
