Hello. My Japan account has been disabled for intellectual property reasons because its AHR score is below 100. I had received complaints that the wrong product was uploaded due to brand similarity. I contacted the brand, but they did not withdraw their complaints. I didn't sell any products. The breach email from Amazon JP stated that the account would be removed from health status 180 days after the breach. Even though more than 180 days have passed, none of them have been lifted. what should I do?
