Negative feedback from customer via FBM for damaged goods caused by carrier. Please help.
Buying shipping through Amazon protects against claims/feedback related to shipment. Any mods please help. @SEAmod The order ID is: 112-6769250-1825809. Us as sellers are protected from negative feedback related to our fbm orders if it is related to a shipment problem. The customer states the product was damaged and the seller doesn't accept returns although that is Amazon's policy for grocery items. Please help.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to try to help. Buy shipping unfortunately doesn't cover damage caused by the carrier, only the transit time.
If you ship on time with tracking via Buy Shipping, and the buyer leaves seller feedback solely related to delayed or undelivered packages, you can request to have the feedback reviewed. If approved, the impact of the feedback is removed from your Order Defect Rate, and the buyer’s comment will display with a strike-through and the statement.
