What’s the Deal with Deals? - Troubleshooting Deal issues during Big Spring Sale 2025

Hello sellers!

Hopefully you have a good idea of what Deals you want to submit for the upcoming Big Spring Sales event!

If you’ve already submitted, make sure to monitor the deals through the Deals Dashboard, and familiarize yourself with how to troubleshoot active and suppressed deals, so if any deals require your attention, you’ll know what to do!

Note that issues with suppressed deals need to be resolved 25 hours before the start of the deal to avoid cancellation.

If a deal is active, but you can’t find it on the Amazon site:

  1. Confirm that the deal wasn’t canceled and still shows as active in the Manage deals section of the Deals dashboard.
  2. If the deal is active, go to the Product detail page for your product to confirm that it’s displaying a Deals Badge.
  3. If you are still unable to find your active deal and cannot see a Deals Badge, then contact Selling Partner Support.

Need immediate help? Creating a case with seller support is the best step you can take, but please also create a post here on the forums so the Community Management team and your fellow sellers can troubleshoot along with you!
