Please look into this case again

Dear Amazon team,

Please look again into the case ID15624724841. You closed this thread, claiming that I've opened multiple threads for the same issue. It is clear that you only read the title. Yes, the problem was the same... for different cases concerning different buyers.

Buyer left me feedback that concerns fitment of the product. Not the quality of the service, not the shipment, not the seller's response of something like that. Just says it didn't fit the particular make and model of the car. It is definitely a product review, and as such, it qualifies for removal.

Buyer has never contacted me, and hasn't opened a return. I tried to reach them via messages, but didn't receive any reply (though the conversation is marked "Resolved" — surely, buyer clicked on something for it to be marked so?)

The Feedback Manager team closed the case almost in an instant. It is obvious that my appeal wasn't even read — they didn't have time.

Please escalate.

We can't see your case. We're just fellow sellers, not Amazon employees.

FWIW, if you're getting lots of negative feedback about the fit of a product, I'd suggest you work on updating the product detail page to make the information more clear to the average American buyer. Don't know what you're selling, but we think in terms of inches and pounds not cm and kg.

To ensure other buyers understand you sent the correct item, I recommend leaving a reply explaining that the buyer may have been unaware of what they ordered.
