Haven't received any payouts, $20,000 still in reserve
Asking for help.
We started with Amazon FBM on July 15th and still have not received any payouts. On the second payout period it showed that we were going to recieve x amount and then it kept fluctuating as we were selling more until it eventually said $0. On August 12 after the last payout period, my payout showed around $4,000 and it has fluctuated again all the way down to around $350. Now back up to $800. I cannot keep selling as I need money for supplies. I cannot kee[p floating money for supplies while Amazon hold $20,000 in reserves. Is my product selling to well too fast?
I figured I was on a probationary period for the 1st month but I am past that now. My account is healthy and my credit card is current and my bank account is connected properly.
