Investigation Completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed
One of my shipment discrepancies I get doesn't allow me to submit my proof of ownership/inventory because of the automatic "Investigation Completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed" So I open a case with Amazon Seller Support attaching my proof. I am missing 7 units.
I went into detail on my shipment going into tracking tab on that shipment showing the weight of the UPS shipment box sent to Amazon FBA is 14lb, and highlight from amazon listing the weight of each unit multiplied by units (screenshots of ASIN and weight from Amazon listing) received and total weight came out to 10.24lbs, weight difference is 3.76 lbs. Assuming that the box weighs like 1 lbs. The difference shouldn't be that that great. my missing units weight 2.8 lbs. Which tells me they received but don't know where my units are. Combined all that information along with proof of ownership into a single pdf and attached it to the case.
And they keep giving me the generic answer "Upon checking, we would like to inform you that when we receive shipments with quantity discrepancies, we automatically initiate an investigation on your behalf for the items in your shipment. As part of this investigation, we perform a second, physical count to reconfirm the quantity of the items received. Items are marked “Investigation Completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed” when we have completed the investigation. We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the units in question."
I tried using the Call me Now and Chat Now, but they give me error message " Internal Failure" and I scheduled a call from them and they didn't call me as I waited for the schedule time.
What am I suppose to do at this point?
Can someone from Amazon support reach out with number I can call, if no one is calling me?
Thank you for reading

Hi @Seller_6qmYRgl6UNxSd,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! I took a look at the case you submitted for this. I can see the team is conducting an investigation. If by Thursday there is no response, please reply to me in this thread.
Best,
Dominic
