Unable to update credit card address

I got this notice from Amazon:

"You have a balance due in your Amazon seller account. We attempted to charge your credit card for the balance, but your bank declined the charge. For billing and security purposes, all Amazon sellers must provide valid credit card information from a credit card acceptable to Amazon. "

I discovered that Amazon is listing the wrong billing address for the card. I entered the correct information, but Amazon keeps going back to the wrong address.

Please advise.

I've reviewed your account and see that you have a negative balance of $-25.50 which is why you keep seeing this error. Your credit card is valid on file from what I see as well.

To repay the existing balance, go to your Payments dashboard and click on the Repay balance button. Once you do this, you will be all set.
