Amazon Uk Account deactivation Asking for utility bill

Hi everyone,

I'm facing the issue in the UK marketplace. Unfortunately, I enrolled in the B2B program, and the very next day, my UK marketplace was deactivated after enrolling in the B2B program. I opened up the case with uk marketplace they asked me to submit a Business License, and Utility bill, as my account is under Pakistani details, I submitted my utility bill and business license but they didn't verify it. I'm really worried about this issue and unable to resolve it. please help me out to find the solution.

Thank you for your post. I understand you have submitted a Utility Bill (UB) in an attempt to reinstate your UK marketplace. In order to better assist you, we would need more information regarding the rejection of the document. Please share the notification you received here in the thread (with personal information removed) so that we may better assist you.

Having said that, utility bills that have been submitted will need to adhere to the "document requirements" section within our Global Seller Identity Verification policy. In addition to these requirements, the document will need to exactly match the information you have on file within the account, and be dated within the last 90 days.
