Serious problems when adding a new product. Help!

Hello community,

The problem I come to tell here has to do with adding a new product to my inventory under my brand with GTIN exemption.

I am trying to add a new product in the same niche, in the same category where I already have 3 other products of the same style published with GTIN exemption.

The problem the system gives me is that I can't add this product under this category because it goes against.

I don't know what to do anymore, I think it's a system problem since if I have other products added in that same category of the same style there should be no problems.

The most recent case is ID 13563202591

Attached is a screenshot of the problem that the system is giving me.

I hope you can help me, I would appreciate it.

Hey @Seller_zCZ58ie24ihZj, thanks for providing that case ID! I took a look and see that you're running into error 8541 which has to do when your Product ID, such as UPC, EAN, JAN, and ISBN, corresponds to the Product ID of an existing ASIN. That means some of the information you’re submitting contradicts the product information, such as, title, brand, color, and size, that is already present for that particular ASIN. This help page provides steps to resolve the error, but I did notice an issue in your case. It seems that Seller Support mistakenly removed the final digit in your ASIN value in their investigation. I see you did not reopen the case and it has been closed too long now to do so, but please do feel free to open a new case and let me know the case ID!
