OTC Application stuck in a glitch after receiving approval

I've had an ongoing issue for the past 2.5 months, trying to get help from seller support but it has become extremely frustrating and I don't think they understand the problem and keep giving me generic responses.
On June 1, 2023 I submitted an invoice and FDA docs to receive approval to list my products in the OTC Medication sub-category.
The same day (June 1st) I received an approval from Amazon that my documents were accepted and that I would be able to list my OTC inventory.
However, the selling application screen on my account to this day still says "under review" and I am unable to list my products. The case ID will not allow me to just close the case and reapply, there seems to be a glitch.
I have approval for the specific brands but it is the OTC subcategory approval that is the hang-up.
I opened a few cases after that, trying to explain the issue to seller support but have yet to get any real answer as to what the problem is. I've even asked them to just deny the application so that I can start again, but still nothing.
I'm desperate. My inventory is just sitting at my warehouse expiring and just want some help from someone who understands. I'm tagging a few of you because I've seen the help and real value you've provided to many people in these forums and just hope I can receive the same. Happy to hop on a phone call or whatever is needed from me.
