I have 2 Amazon Seller Accounts. @Steve_Amazon

Sometimes ago, my buyer Amazon account was blocked stating suspicious activity. I submitted all documents they wanted but they didn't remove restriction from my buyer account. So, my Seller Account on same email got blocked (Not Deactivated).

I sent them email few days ago requesting to unblock my Seller Account. They deactivated it instead stating that my 1st Seller Account was deactivated. They asked me to submit an appeal for reactivating 2nd Seller Account once my 1st account gets activated.

1st Seller Account is active now. I went through video call verification for my 1st seller account.

As my 2nd Seller Account is blocked(I can't login), my VA can access to the account but he can't appeal or request a phone call, because he has limited access of my account. VA can only create case. My VA created Case several times, we haven't got any reply yet. It has been more than 2 months now, I am stuck in this. It is too frustrating at the movement.

I request Mods to take a look into my case, and reply me via email or reactivate my seller account, as my 1st seller account is activated now. I want to delete the 2nd account after it gets activated because I am sure my buyer account won't be unblocked.
