Restricted products appeal question (after several failed appeal attemps)
Hey guys,
As someone who sells supplements on Amazon, this is something I'm constantly having to deal with but I've had trouble in getting a specific ASIN appealed despite pretty much deleting everything in the product description and bullet point area.
The response I received after several failed attempts at appeal was this:
"Recommended changes to be done: Kindly remove the claims present in CSI for further review."
Does anyone know what CSI refers to in this case?
What's frustrating about this claim is that they are stating I'm making claims about the product treating autoimmune disease but that word isn't on the listing in any way shape or form.
I'm open and welcome to any suggestions.

Does the informed customer understand about what disease you are probably talking, even without naming it? If yes, that's enough to be considered as "health claim".

Hi there @Seller_E7qw28ghGMecy,
I'm sorry you have had such difficulties with your listing. I'd like to review to see what options I can offer to appeal further. Can you please reply with your most recent Seller Support Case for my review? Thank you for your understanding.
