Each time I open a case, support tells me to wait a couple weeks. It has been over 6 months that my skus have been stuck in FC Processing. I am trying to close my amazon account, but i am not allowed to because of these two units in FC Processing. The customer service team is not reading my messages. they respond the same thing without listening. Please help! I need to get these units out of FC Processing
