discussion.sO non stop problems with my first fba business a few years ago canceled my account and had then send me back 1000s of my products.
I recently started another business reselling. They made me verify my identity with a video call in which I did, then they asked for receipts on some of my products, I sent them receipts and now they deactivated my account and want all my business information I and already sent them to set up FBA and brand registry. I'm done with FBA.
Their customer service is the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. A bunch of idiots from another country, I asked to be transferred to someone that can help and they say they csnt transfer. I ask to speak to someone in my own country and they say they can't.
They say I have to wait over 60 days for them to send me MY MONEY they owe me.
Amazing how much amazon truly sucks, how scammy they are withholding funds, they screw you on advertising. In my opinion they are the worst company I have ever dealt with.
