Urgent Help Needed – Removal Order Not Fully Processed & Incorrect Shipments

Hello Sellers,

I need urgent help regarding my removal order. My Amazon seller account is deactivated, and I cannot create a support ticket through Seller Central. However, I noticed several issues with my inventory and removal order:

Missing Inventory

My total inventory in Amazon’s warehouse was 350 units, but my removal order only includes 289 units.

Where are the remaining 61 units?

Shipments Going to the Wrong Address

I provided a specific US return address, but when I checked the tracking details, I saw that Amazon is shipping my inventory to unknown addresses.

Why is my inventory not being shipped to the address I provided?

Pending Orders Not Shipped

My order status still shows 15 units pending.

When will these be shipped?

6 Units Canceled – No Explanation

I also noticed that 6 units were canceled from the order.

Why were these units canceled? Were they lost, unfulfillable, or disposed of?

Since my account is deactivated, I have no way to track my inventory properly. I would appreciate any guidance from experienced sellers who have faced similar issues. How can I confirm the status of my missing inventory and ensure my shipments go to the correct address?
