Urgent Help Needed – Account Deactivated Without Clear Reason Despite Full Compliance
Dear Amazon Community
I’m reaching out with deep frustration and urgency. My seller account was deactivated on April 12 under Section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, alleging deceptive or fraudulent activity. However, I can firmly state that I have never engaged in any such behavior, and Amazon has not provided any specific reason or evidence for this deactivation, despite multiple appeals and document submissions.
I am a first-time seller who spent months building a fully compliant brand. I successfully completed video verification, submitted authentic government ID, LLC registration, utility bill, bank statements, product packaging images, and even my USPTO trademark filing receipt. My account was verified, yet I was deactivated without any transparency or opportunity to correct anything.
My Attempts So Far:
Submitted 5 appeals and all requested documents.
Case IDs: 17604307281, 17605330661, 17699338131, 17731139361, 17742382531.
Completed video verification on April 2 (confirmed by Amazon).
Tried escalating to Seller Performance and Seller Support.
Completed and submitted the Seller Issue Submission Form.
What I’m Asking For:
I respectfully request a clear explanation or specific examples of any alleged violation so I can take corrective action if needed. I am fully committed to complying with Amazon policies and maintaining a trusted seller presence.
Why This Matters:
I have thousands of dollars tied up in inventory that will be disposed of soon. I have done nothing deceptive, yet I’m being treated as if I have, with no proof or chance to explain. I am stuck in a cycle of automated responses with no meaningful resolution or path forward.
Please, I need support from the community, moderators, and anyone from the Amazon team who can initiate a manual review and help resolve this. It’s been over a month, and I am watching my investment, time, and trust in this platform erode.
I’m happy to provide additional proof or context privately if needed.
Thank you for reading and for any support or advice you can offer.

"I respectfully request a clear explanation or specific examples of any alleged violation "
Amazon will NEVER give you (or anyone else) a clear explanation because doing so would be giving every con artist on here a clear way to skirt their (always changing) rules and policies.
What you posted is a RESPONSE and not the original suspension notice so it is pretty useless.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
"alleging deceptive or fraudulent activity. However, I can firmly state that I have never engaged in any such behavior,"
What YOU think of as deceptive and fraudulent is likely very different from what AMAZON thinks about it. It can be as simple as trying to list something that YOU are not authorized to sell (no LOA?)
This comes from a post some time ago by Amazon veteran seller @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI
Here are some of the many possibilities for the wording “involved in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity”
Friends or family have purchased from you and left reviews or feedback for you
Friends or family have purchased from your competition and left negative reviews or feedback for them
You have attempted to change brand names and / or titles in existing listings
You have listed products that are not allowed
You have listed products in wrong categories to get around restrictions
You have marked order shipped or printed labels for certain days, but did not actually ship them on the dates indicated
You have had communications with buyers, such as feedback solicitation marked as another reason for contact, that wasn't allowed
and many more

The response from @Seller_kIukTwdhvntApwas spot on.
You can be cleared to sell, but now the product has to pass the test. In the meantime, Amazon collects fees, until its too late & now as you wait & go back & forth, more fees are collected.
If you researched Amazons selling policy, & read the forums as part of your research, then you will see that its not that easy to sell on here anymore.
First off, I don't feel the community has enough information to offer advice, as we don't know what your selling. It does matter if you would like help instead of twenty questions.
I understand its not the point, you should be able to have the opportunity to earn a living, but sometimes even with your own branded items, it will take too many questions to help.
There has to be a reason, so if you really want help, lets start at the top, & work our way down. Do send the original letter, & some more information. You branded an item, so lets see if some experts can help with more info.
