Returnless Resolution & Return Messaging

@Tatiana_Amazonthank you for being willing to look into this for us. A good example to reference is Parent ASIN: B0CPJT8431. Both children on this product show two separate return messages within the buy box. Our ideal state is that all of our products would have the message that states, "Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of Purchase". Our products all seem to have multiple return messages and workflows applied to them.

We are receiving a ton of negative reviews on the product level that are calling out Amazon not allowing a return/refund. We are reaching out to all of these customers and refunding them, but at the expense of our ASIN rating, they have absolutely been hammered and dropped a ton. We have returnless resolution rules in place that should allow a customer to receive a refund without returning the product. Are you able to assist us in either fixing our returnless resolution rule, or getting the return messaging updated to be consistent across all of our ASINs? Thank you for any help you can provide.

@SEAmodI saw you replied to a similar thread, is there any chance you could add these case ID's to your internal request. Our brand is getting absolutely hammered with negative reviews for the return process, over 300 that are only calling out that they can't return the product, we desperately need help
