Overcharged on FBA Pick & Pack Fees, reimbursement requests ignored
I noticed that the FBA Pick & Pack fee for one of my items temporarily increased and then reverted to its previous, lower rate.
During the period of the increased fee, I had several orders. I opened a case (Case ID: 17866625301) requesting reimbursement for the difference. Instead of processing the reimbursement, Amazon remeasured the item again - despite already having done so - and confirmed the correct (lower) fee. However, they still ignored my reimbursement request.
In another case (Case ID: 17719400761), when I noticed the fee increase, I submitted a remeasurement request before the fee dropped back down. It took nearly a month for Amazon to complete the remeasurement. They again confirmed the lower, correct FBA Pick & Pack fee and reimbursed me for only 10 units - despite the fact that 39 units were overcharged.
When I followed up to request reimbursement for the remaining 29 units, they ignored my request and instead initiated yet another remeasurement of the item.
