Request for Assistance with Main Account OTP Access

Our account has been deactivated because of a delay in INFORM Consumers Act verification.

Unfortunately, we lost access to the OTP authenticator app linked to our main account which has prevented us from logging in to complete the verification.

We’ve tried verifying our identity by submitting government-issued identification multiple times to disable the authenticator but we haven’t received any response email from Amazon.

We’ve contacted health support and seller support multiple times but the responses we receive don’t seem to address our specific issue and we’re not able to move forward.

Could anyone please help us regain access to our main account so we can complete the required verification? Without the OTP and authenticator, we’re at a standstill.
