Featured Offer Percent Took A Nose Dive
Our Featured Offer Percentage just took a nose dive. We used to have 60% of the Buy Box and now we don't even hit 2%. I had the internal team to check it for me and they're saying "everything is working fine". I don't even know what to do at this point. Is our SKU being throttled? Unfortunately, no one can give me any answers on how to fix this. We have a good rating and our metrics are good as well. The problem I'm having now is since we're dealing with lower volume of sales, any delivery delays on our SFP items greatly affect our metrics now. I hope someone can point to me to right direction on how to fix this one.
