Moderator request to resolve shipment in transit
I'm looking to receive an updated status of FBA shipment that arrived to warehouse: ORF2 - CHESAPEAKE, VA last month (BOL arrival October 22, 2023).
Shipment: ID:FBA17BWJX01P. The shipment is still in In-Transit status, yet the BOL confirms delivery a month ago on October 21st.
We have raised this issue previously, but we are not receiving a precise and direct answer to our question of:
1) What date will the FC at ORF2 move our shipment from the facility yard to the dock door and when will the FC start scanning the shipment ID labels to be received in?
My concern is, our shipment paperwork has been lost in the holiday shuffle.
The response we repetitively receive are the same generic answers of: please be patience, a link to what to do in case of a lost shipment, or you can open up an investigation on January 15th (which is 3 months AFTER the shipment has arrived). Responses that don't answer the question.
We would appreciate the support of the Amazon support team and an answer from the FC team.
