missing appeal button
Hello, I received an e-mail stating that my account is under review, but there is no appeal button on the screen so that I can make a statement. I have already created a ticket for this issue but they said that they dont have information about it and i need to speak an Account Health Specialist. However they can only speak japanese and i dont speak japenese. Could you please help about this issue?
