Why are Pitney Bowes Tracking numbers to Canada invalid?
I have now sent 8 packages to Canada. 6 went via Pitney Bowes and 2 via Landmark. The Pitney Bowes Tracking numbers are invalid at their website, and all 6 of those packages seem to be lost.
What is the issue? Support will not answer any questions about this but will only provide refunds if I go through their normal process.
