IPI score has software bug, declining due to excess products that don't exist
I've created multiple cases with Amazon in the past few months to report this issue, but nothing get resolved. There's a major software bug with FBA inventory, but I don't know how else to report it and get Amazon to fix it. The IPI dashboard has been completely broken for at last 10 weeks, around the time Amazon rolled out the new fee change.
Starting then, my IPI score has been declining steadily every Monday due to reason = Excess inventory. However, this is not true. The IPI dashboard itself shows me 0% Excess inventory for the week-by-week graph, yet some how, the summary score shows a contradictory of 20-25% Excess inventory. The latter is inaccurate. Even in Inventory dashboard, I see all of my Product in Healthy state. There's no excess product. In all other Inventory dashboard, I see 0% Excess inventory. The only contradictory dashboard is the broken IPI score.
This software bug is hurting my business. There's nothing that I can do. There's no excess product to remove even, yet my IPI score keep declining.
Most recent case number is 15889412081.
The attached image shows today Excess inventory percentage = 30.12%, however, the blue graph in the middle shows 0%. The right chart says that I have 312 Excess units, but they don't exist in any dashboard. When I clicked on the "Reduce excess inventory (3)" button, no product is shown.
After months of not getting the right support. The last case, Amazon suggested that I removed 3 products. I've already removed them all. Yet, afterward, the dashboard still show contradictory Excess %. At this point, I don't even have 312 unit. I don't know where this 312 unit comes from.

FBA Age & Excess Inventory report shows 0% Excess in the past 3 months, contradicting the broken IPI score.
