We appreciate the support and expertise you provide to sellers like us. One of our listings has recently been restricted due to the FDA's labeling requirements, an issue many sellers seem to be facing. Despite submitting my appeal, I've been waiting for over 10 business days for a response, during which time my sales and brand reputation have taken a hit.
My labels are clearly in English, with some ingredients also listed in Spanish alongside the primary English labeling. It's puzzling why this item has been flagged, as the primary language is clear and in compliance with regulations. It seems that Amazon's algorithm may have processed this incorrectly.
This situation not only impacts my business but also affects the reputation of my brand. It is disheartening to see other sellers facing similar challenges, with some succeeding in their appeals. While awaiting Amazon's response, I am eager to understand if there are proactive measures to prevent this issue from recurring. Sellers invest in their top-selling items, and having them restricted significantly impacts our businesses and reputations.

First, NO ONE is going to drop you a line. This is a FORUM and generally only Amazon SELLERS are here, not Amazon itself. The occasional MOD drops by to monitor the site and remove any links to other sites though.
As to the 10 business days--
EVERYTHING is backed up due to all the suspensions for people that simply can't be bothered to read any rules as well as other changes that they have made regarding ‘generic’ product rules.
Amazon time is not anything close to what the rest of the world recognizes as a time frame. That (insert a number) of hours used so often by Amazon can be anywhere from three days to three weeks or even longer.
Honestly if anything less than two to three weeks and more is 'too long' you are going to have a very stressful AND disappointing time on Amazon.
They are well known for making a snail look fast.
Sit back, relax, and study Seller U so your next message is not “please help with my Section 3 suspension”.
