Pending Fc Processing Problem

My products have been waiting in the warehouse for months under Pending Fc Processing. During this time, they are all out of stock.

When I open a case and ask the customer representative, he sees 1 customer order that is pending and in transfer and states that the product is in transfer. He does not see or cannot see why the remaining 181 products are set aside in the warehouse for investigation.

Can an admin please address the issue? Why have the products been set aside in the warehouse for months for an investigation? Can you help me with this?
