Lost 90% of sales in past 30 days
Hello,
I have had my Amazon account for over 10+ years. Usually, I average around 100 orders per day, however, in the last 30 days, I am only averaging around 8-10 orders per day. They are the same products I have been successfully selling for years. In the last couple of week, my ODR has exceeded the required 1% or below due to one product producing a lot of A-Z claims. In the past, there has been a couple of times that my ODR has gone above 1% but it quickly fell below the 1% because I was able to ship orders. Nothing in my listing have changed. However, now my listings are not in the top 3 on the first page and no longer listed as featured products. My listings are at the bottom of the page or on page two. I have worked with Amazon and have started using their CSA (customer service by Amazon) to address the customer when something happens to an order which by using CSA, sellers are then no longer judged on A-Z claims and that metric goes away. Am I (my listings) be punished or throttled by Amazon because of my ODR? I cannot for the life of me figure out why such a big decrease in orders in the last 30 days and I have had no issues for years. Please help!!!!!

When you regain a green rating in Account Health, I can submit a request for Featured Merchant status for your MFN listings. If I am successful, you will then be able to once again compete for the buy box. I cannot promise the outcome at this time, and I am sorry to hear about your situation. I do see where you engaged with Account Health. That was a good decision.

I have been experiencing the same issue and it is majorly stressing me out. We were doing about 100 orders per day before we put our store on vacation for holiday (December 20 range) and we have come back to a mess. Our store wasn't open for the times we are getting dinged for. We are winning absolutely nothing and I have been thinking majorly out of the box to get something to hit. Anyone with @SEAmod help please.
