How can Amazon claim only 10% of items were present in a box that weighed 25 lbs.
I've seen posts about sellers being scammed about their shipments and I experience the same thing. I sent 100 units for a SKU in a box that weighed 25 lbs. and Amazon claims they only located 10 out of 100. How can they explain that a box can contain only 10% of what was shipped when it weighed 25 lbs. and weight is verified by UPS upon shipping. All units had FNSKU labeled and I've sent in factory invoice as requested. After investigation, they close the case and claim they do a very thorough job. I'm out thousands of dollars just like that. 90% of inventory disappeared into thin air. Please tell me I just had bad luck and this kind of thing doesn't happen to you guys.

Hi @Seller_cEaGv5GCzZwQU,
Thank you for reaching out about this!
Just to confirm, did you follow the steps listed on this help page to reconcile your shipment? Also, if you have any case IDs for this shipment, I'd be happy to take a further look into those cases to see how I can best help here.
If you have any additional questions, please let me know!
All the best,
Jameson
