How to re-apply Brand Registry

Hi, we are a new seller at Amazon. We have a pending trademark application in progress. However, the last time we did not fill in our brand registry application property last time as we did not have an active ASIN on Amazon yet. Now that we have listed our first product, we would like to apply for brand registry again. However, when trying to submit a new application, it shows that the original brand is under review even though it was already rejected. How can I re-submit application for brand registry?

I see on the case you opened with Support they informed you to go through the appeal process on the teams decision. That was going to be my exact recommendation as you will be able to make your case in regards to the teams decision and provide further information. Once you do that, please let me know and I'll take another look into this!
