Tax ID Number - Inform Consumers Act
Hello,
Looks like from Feb 13, 2025 there's the pending Tax verification for the annual consumers inform act that was initiated on my account.
From Account Health Page - clicking on Regulatory Compliance and then 'Start Verification' for "INFORM Consumers Act' looks like the Tax ID number section is pending.
I tried calling Account health support ID 17261997141 , but there's isn't much update they can provide.
Here's the case ID 17261997141 where I uploaded screenshots as well.

At this time the account is reflecting that it's fully compliant with our INFORM requirements and all additional banners or requests for information should have been removed by now. If you continue to experience issues related to INFORM please continue to use this topic and share what you're seeing, so I can work on any necessary resolutions.
