Hello. I need a mods help with someone’s account. They have been selling for about a year now, and can’t get past the 2FA. Something happened with their phone number, and they can’t get the OTP sent to them. He has tried to use his ID to get pat it but it’s been almost 2 weeks and nothing has happened. It says it takes about 2 days for it to work with the ID to get past tbe OTP. He can’t access seller central because of this. If a mod can help with this it’d be greatly appreciated so that he can continue to use his account as there is multiple 10s of thousands in inventory that he can’t do anything about. Also since he can’t access his account he can’t request a call or call anyone. Thank you in advance.
