There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes.

Hi, Is anyone else having this issue? Every time I try to complete the return order that was never shipped by the customer or to issue a refund. I am getting an error message. "There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes." There has been no help as this has been ongoing for months now. Amazon customer service does not have knowledge about this message and they have no clue. They simply tell you to try again. I'm not sure If I am getting paid for all the orders that I never received as I am unable to complete the return. I need urgent help. Please help!!! Thank you

I ran into another persons case with same problem after creating this forum. That was really helpful.

For anyone else that may be encountering the same issue. Here is a detailed steps.

1. Go to Manage Return.

2. Edit Return Settings

3. Manage Return Addresses

4. Return Address List click on the pencil icon and you'll see another window pop up that would show your address and will say "inactive" you go to make it active. I am not sure how I did it but you got to make it active and choose that address to get your returns to.

It's a return order address that's causing this problem for many seller. I hope his helps as It helped me. Thank you
